These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Domaine d’O® website, membership application process, and all related services.

By accessing the website, submitting an application, making a booking, or participating in any Domaine d’O service or event, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

Registered in Belgium.

2. Eligibility

  • Access is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 or older.

  • Domaine d’O operates as a private curated concept.
    All applications are subject to discretionary review.

  • Approval is not automatic and may be refused without justification.

3. Formation of Agreement

  • A binding agreement arises only upon:

  • Written confirmation of booking, or

  • Written approval of membership

  • Submission of an application or inquiry does not create a contractual relationship.

4. Membership & Accounts

  • Certain areas are accessible to approved members only.

  • Members must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Respect discretion obligations

  • Domaine d’O reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Breach of Terms

  • Inappropriate conduct

  • Violation of privacy or discretion

  • Termination may occur without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

5. Services, Reservations & Payments

  • Domaine d’O provides curated private experiences, memberships, and events.

  • All bookings:

  • Are subject to availability

  • Require written confirmation

  • May require full prepayment

  • Prices may be adjusted without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

  • Where applicable, cancellation conditions are stated during booking.

  • Pursuant to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Leisure services tied to a specific date

  • Exclusive events

  • Accommodation services

  • Unless otherwise stated, certain reservations are non-refundable.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully at all times.

  • The following will result in immediate removal without refund:

  • Harassment

  • Illegal conduct

  • Recording or sharing private content

  • Breach of discretion

  • Domaine d’O reserves the right to deny future access.

8. Confidentiality Between Members

  • Given the private nature of the concept:

  • Members agree not to:

  • Record

  • Photograph

  • Share identities

  • Disclose any personal information

  • Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

Domaine d’O® and the mask is a registered European Union trademark.

All content, branding, imagery, design, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Participation in any Domaine d’O service or event is voluntary.

  • Domaine d’O shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory legal liability.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Force Majeure

  • Domaine d’O shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural events

  • Government restrictions

  • Illness

  • Force majeure situations

  • In such cases, appropriate alternatives or rescheduling may be offered.

12. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify Domaine d’O against claims resulting from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of third-party rights

13. Amendments

  • These Terms may be updated at any time.

  • The version published on the website is the applicable version.

  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

  • Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Flanders, Belgium.
